Configuration Security Report; Improved reporting for Integrated Security

The Configuration Security Report shows warning if Integrated Security is enabled.

This will only show a warning if there are active users who are configured for Integrated Security.

If Integrated Security is disabled, then a warning will be shown for any active users that have it enabled.

Additionally, a new property has been added to finUsers called "CountIntegratedSecurityActive". This new property returns the number of Active, Undeleted Users that have Integrated Security enabled.
