Centrix Biometrics Credit Bureau; Enquiries where Customer has SmartID switched off

For Centrix Biometrics Credit Enquiries done by customers who have elected to not include SmartID checks, the summary page no longer displays the SmartID fields as these would be meaningless and possibly misleading.
