Documents; new Document Usage Report available

A new Document Usage Report is available from the Admin, Documents form, Reports Action group.

This displays a list of "Active" Documents and the number of Logs created in the last 30, 90 and 260 days that relate to the Document.

If the Document Type is one of Account, Account Application, Client or User and there are no associated Logs within the last 360 days a warning "Not used in last 360 days - Consider making inactive." is shown.

Other Document Types will also show a warning if there are no Logs using the Document and the Document does not have items under the Usage page.

NOTE: In addition, if the Document File Type is "ActiveReports RPX", "Excel VBA" or "Word VBA" a warning is given to stop using the Document.
