Document Execute; Page Heading could be incorrect if the page changed automatically due to an error

The Page Heading in the Document Execute (accessed from the Documents form, "Run Document" button) could be incorrect, if an error had been reported prior to running the Document. For example, if Parameters were invalid an error would be displayed. This could cause the wizard to move pages automatically (which was correct) but the heading would not update to match the new page. This was incorrect, and now the form heading will update to match the page the wizard has ended up on.
