Form Overrides; Security Statement Item overrides
The Security Statement Item form can now be overridden by its HTML Widget equivalent in finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration.
This applies to the following places within finPOWER Connect Desktop:
- Account
- Security Page, drilldown
- Account App
- Collateral page, View new Security Item that will be generated button
- Client
- Security page, Summary Page hyperlink - opens in read-only mode
- New Account wizard
- Security page
- Security Statement
- Security Items page
- Account Related Security Statements
- Summary Page hyperlink (warnings block) - opens in read-only mode
- MotorWeb Monitoring wizard
- Summary Page hyperlink - opens in read-only mode
- PPSR NZ Update wizard
- Summary Page hyperlink - opens in read-only mode
The behaviour of the forms may differ when overridden with an HTML Widget. These differences are as follows:
- Security Items can only be added / edited on an existing Security Statement when the Security Statement form is not in edit mode. This is because the Security Statement Item HTML Widget is responsible for saving the Security Statement. This doesn't apply for new Security Statements.
- When using the add button on the Security Items grid (Security Statement form), the list presented will be forced to display all applicable Security Types, not just the Security Base Type. This is because the HTML Widget must know specifically which Security Type Id to use.
The following HTML Widget has been updated:
- HtmlWidget_SecurityStmtItem
- Version: 1.17 (24/10/2023)
