ISKeyValueList; may incorrectly set IsDirty to true
The ISKeyValueList object may incorrectly set IsDirty to true under these circumstances:
- One of the Set methods is called, e.g. SetString.
- The Value is not changed.
- A User Defined Index is specified.
- The User Defined Index is already used, even by the same Key.
