HTML Widgets; Account Close; Accruals page could error with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" message

The Accruals page of the Account Close HTML Widget could error with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" if accruals were changed. This was caused by an overlap with the Account Refinance functionality also built into the Account Close HTML Widget.

This has been fixed, and now the Accruals page works as expected with whichever Close Method is selected.
