Bank Account Enquiries; CreditSense2 service; Supporting Documents status updated

The CreditSense2 Bank Account Enquiry service has been updated to the latest specification which enhances the Supporting Documents status with three additional states:

  • 'Skipped' - indicating the end user has chosen to skip the providing of Supporting Documents
  • 'Failure' - indicating an end user failure (for example incorrect credentials, MFA failure, etc.) or service failure (such as service is unavailable or timeout error, etc.)
  • 'N/A' - indicating that the collection of Supporting Documents is not configured for this Credit Sense environment

The original statuses are:

  • 'Receiving_Logons' - indicating that the end user is currently entering the login details
  • 'Processing' - indicating that Credit Sense is currently retrieving the Supporting Documents
  • 'Error' - indicating that Credit Sense had a problem retrieving the requested documents (this error indicates that this is not due to end user or service issues)
  • 'Success' - indicating the capture was successful and the supporting documents can be downloaded
