Cloud Connect Configuration; New option to Override Incoming & Outgoing Communication wizards

The built-in Incoming & Outgoing Communication wizards can now be overridden with HTML Widgets via finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration options.

This applies in several places:

1. The Incoming Communication and Outgoing Communication Actions in the Other Actions menu on the Workflows form.
2. In the Workflow Actions form. If overridden, the option to check the overridden items checkbox will be disabled, and the User must click the arrow which will open the corresponding HTML Widget.
1. It is not currently possible to 'embed' an HTML Widget into a desktop form, hence why the Workflow Actions form must work differently if overridden.
3. If the Outgoing Communication form is overridden, any Workflow Items of type Outgoing Communication will use the HTML Widget when actioning the item.
