Pools; Description in Form Heading not reset correctly when clearing the form

The Pool Description in the Form Heading was not clearing when selecting the "Clear" option on the Pools form in finPOWER Connect Desktop.

This has been fixed, and now the Form Heading correctly resets to "Pools" if the record has been cleared.
