HTML Widgets; Account Close; Selecting a Cash Register now commits correctly

Cash Registers were not being set when committing an Account Close using the Account Close HTML Widget, even though they could be selected in the User Interface.

For Payment Methods where a Cash Register is mandatory, this resulted in an error being displayed and the User could not close the Account if one of these Payment Methods were selected.

This has now been fixed, and now Cash Registers are handled correctly.
