User Administration; Password changes logged in Audit tab

When a User's Password is changed by an administrator, the change is now logged in the User record's Audit tab.

Unlike other entries in the Audit list, the Original and New values of the Password are not displayed. Instead, the values "[OLD]" and "[NEW]" are displayed.
