Account Applications; Save fails with an error relating to renaming a Document Manager folder

When saving an Account Application, finPOWER Connect fails with an error "Failed to rename Document Manager Folder (AccountApps). Source Id not specified.".

The issue occurs where the Account Application code is auto-generated and a post save script saves the Account Application again.
