HTML Widgets; Client Contact Method; "Always include Country Code?" Global Setting not respected

The Always include Country Code? Global Setting (General, Formatting, Always include Country Code?) was not being respected in the Client Contact Method HTML Widget when entering a phone number.

This has been fixed, and now the HTML Widget will update the entered phone number accordingly depending on this Global Setting.
