HTML Widgets; widget.UI.CheckList control; Long values cause overlapping text that is unreadable

If an HTML Widget uses a CheckList control and one of more of the list items are too long to fit on one line, they wrapped to the next line, overlapping the item below and therefore making both unreadable.

The list item height is no longer fixed meaning that long items will still wrap, but they no longer overlap the item below.
