New Client wizard; Identification images not saving file path correctly if image is selected from a Document Manager Folder location

In the New Client wizard, Identification images were not saving file path correctly if the image is selected from the Document Manager Folder location - e.g. another Client.

Until the Client is saved the folder to store Documents in is undefined, hence the full folder path must be retained.
