Task Manager; Manually refreshing folder counts stops "Automatic" folder counts and does not resume them

If, under Global Settings, Tasks & Workflows, General, "Folder Counts" is set to "Automatic" then the Task Manager is constantly fetching folder counts and updating them.

However, if you manually refresh Folder Counts via the "Refresh folder counts" button (the folder icon with the number "2" in the bottom right), automatic counts would stop and not resume.

This has been fixed. Automatic folder counts will resume around 30 seconds after Folder Counts have been manually refreshed.
