User Log form; Print action is available even if the "Report.User Security.UserLogDetails" permission is denied

The "Print" action on the User Log form was visible, even if the "Report.User Security.UserLogDetails" permission was denied.

NOTE: Attempting to print the Log would correctly display a "You do not have permission to run the 'User Log Details' report." message.
