Task Manager 2; Tasks folders; Subject column font size is now standardised

Previously, when viewing a Tasks folder in Task Manager 2, the Subject column would use a small font for some task types and a normal font for others. This was by design and generally occurred if the Subject and Name were the same.

However, visually, this could be a little confusion. A small font is now always used for the Subject and Name columns (since they could contain quite long text).
