HTML Widgets; Account Direct Debit Stop; "Stop" column checkbox fixed

Since version 1.08 of the Account Direct Debit Stop HTML Widget, the Stop column was incorrectly ignored, where this column had check boxes available (if there is a pending transaction). Any attempt to use this column (without setting a stop date) would have resulted in a "Nothing has changed to update" error.

This was incorrect, and now rows can be selected via the Stop checkbox without having to set a stop to date.

The following additional changes have also been made:

1. A Clear button has been added next to the Stop to Date Box which allows for quick clearing of the Direct Debit Stop to date.
2. The drilldown-style buttons previous to the Stop to date are now no longer hidden. This allows Users to bring the Stop to date to a more recent date without having to manually type in the date, or firstly clear the date before selecting the row using the drilldown.
