finAccount.CanStopDirectDebits(Optional ByRef message As String = "") Function has been added

The following function has been added to finAccount:

CanStopDirectDebits(Optional ByRef message As String = "")

This indicates whether the Account is a Direct Debit Account, and if they can be stopped.

Various places throughout the system have been updated to reference this function to determine if the Stop Direct Debits Action should be available, such as the Payments page of the Account.

The following Summary Page Standard Block has been updated:
