Online Help is now based on each release version
Previously, we only maintained a single online help library for each major.minor release, e.g., 4.0.
This obviously causes issues in that, as we update the help, users of older versions would see more recent help topics which may contain information not in their version.
Going forward, we will now maintain online help for each version, in this case, 4.0.3.
