Better handling of Hashtags in record Notes

If Hashtags are enabled (Global Settings, General, Search), record Notes can contain tags such as "#L10000" that are then interpreted and provide a link (both in the summary and when searching) to that record.

Parsing of Hashtags has been enhanced so they can contain the following characters which may be used in record codes:

• .
• /
• \
• #
• $

Also, the following condition is accounted for which (no space between tags), will now, generate two hashtags:

• "#L10000/#C10000"
