HTML Widgets; Email Message wizard; Issues with External Party and Ad-Hoc emails

The following issues occurred when attempting to send an Email Message to an External Party:

• Not including "Manager" tags for External Parties
• The ability to attach files was not displayed
• NOTE: When attaching a "Document Manager" file, it will be from the External Party's related Client
• When sending an Email Message from the External Party in finPOWER Connect Cloud, the "Type" dropdown would incorrectly be set to "Client"

Sending an ad-hoc email (i.e., leaving the "Type" dropdown blank):

• The ability to attach files was not displayed
