Security Types; Default Residual Value Percentage not respecting the "Allow Residual Value greater than 100%?" option

The Default Percent Security Type setting which is partnered with the Allow Residual Value greater than 100%? option previously never allowed a value greater than 100% to be configured. This meant that even though the Security Type could be higher than 100%, this could never be the default, which was incorrect.

This has been fixed, and now the Default Percent is allowed to be higher than 100% (to a maximum of 9999%) provided that the Allow Residual Value greater than 100%? setting is checked.

As well as being enforced in the User Interface, the Business Layer also enforces this check so the same logic will apply to any Security Type updates done via Scripting.
