Australian Mobile Phone Numbers do not set the IsMobile flag, i.e. ISPhoneNumberDetails2.IsMobile is never set to True.
This means some functionality will not see the phone number as a mobile phone number and it won't be included in the list. For example, Process, Send SMS will not include these phone numbers.
