HTML Widgets; New "Publish Documents" Widget added

A new "Publish Documents" HTML Widget has been added. This implements the functionality provided by the Publish Documents wizard in finPOWER Connect desktop.

The Widget has several differences to the desktop wizard:

• When Publishing, the date is no longer mandatory, it will assume the current date and time if left blank
• Log Type filters have been moved to the "General" page
• "Word VBA" and "Excel VBA" Documents are not supported and will not be included in the list
• The "Order By" parameter is not shown since the grid is sortable and has a filter box at the top
• Many ranges will only display when the "Advanced" button is clicked
• These can be configured via the Widget's parameters
• There is no "Draft" publish facility
• The Document Log can be viewed by clicking the Subject in the grid
• In finPOWER Connect Cloud, this will show the Log form in a Read-Only state
• Column headings are slightly different:
• "Status" is the "Account Status" column in the built in Publish Documents wizard
• "Publish" is the "Status" column in the built in Publish Documents wizard

The Widget has the following functional configuration parameters:

• AutoCommit
• The User will not be shown the grid of Logs to publish, once parameter entry is complete, the entire publishing process will take place
• AutoPublishOpen
• If AutoCommit is checked, checking option means that "To Send" AND "Open" items will be published

The following Permission Key has been added to restrict access to this form:

• Cloud.Form.DocumentsPublish

The following HTML Widget has been added:

• HtmlWidget_DocumentsPublish
• Version: 1.00 (04/09/2023)

NOTE: This Widget requires Web Services to run since it uses background processing.
