Equifax/ VedaXMLNZ "Consumer Enquiry" Credit Enquiry; better handling of diacritical characters

The VedaXMLNZ (Equifax) "Consumer Enquiry" Credit Enquiry does not handle diacritical characters.

For example, sending the Name "Zoë Rāhui" will return "Zo Rhui". Employer Names like "Whakatāne Café" may also have issues.

finPOWER Connect now updates diacritical characters to their base letter, e.g. "Zoë Rāhui" is sent as "Zoe Rahui" - this applies to Name (First Name, Middle Name and Last Name), Occupation and Employer fields.
