Equifax/ VedaXMLNZ "Consumer Enquiry" Credit Enquiry; may fail if invalid characters entered

The VedaXMLNZ (Equifax) "Consumer Enquiry" Credit Enquiry may fail if invalid characters are entered in the Name (First Name, Middle Name and Last Name), Occupation or Employer fields.

Note, Equifax may return an error "Response error BLE1403. Access Purpose Code Requires Consent But CRD-Segment Consent Flag is not a "Y"" - which does not point to the actual underlying issue.

This issue was found where the Occupation included a Chinese character, but this also applies to characters such as pipe | and tilde ~.
