Users; Making a User inactive could unexpectedly Save the User

If a User is linked anywhere in the system (on an "Allocate to User" Workflow Item, for instance) and they are made inactive by unchecking the Active checkbox on the User form, the updating User is prompted if they are sure because it is linked.

Previously, clicking the no option on the prompt (which means they do not want to make the record inactive) would update the User anyway, which is unexpected.

This has been fixed, and now if the User selects no they do not want to make the User inactive the record won't be saved (it will remain in Edit Mode, however).
