Deposit Accounts; Saving a "Quote" Deposit may error with "Interest Payment Method not defined"

Saving a "Quote" Deposit Account may fail with the error "Interest Payment Method not defined".

This occurs if using scripting in the Business Layer and, between loading and saving the Deposit, the BankingDetails collection has not been touched.
