Cloud Connect Configuration; New option to Override Account Refinance wizard

The built-in Account Refinance wizard can now be overridden with an HTML Widget via finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration options.

Note: The HTML Widget will only override the built-in form if the Account Refinance is being initiated from an existing Account, e.g., the Accounts form. Anywhere else where the Account to Refinance needs to be specified in the wizard, the default system Windows form will always be used regardless of the override setting; e.g., the Account Menu.
