Document Publish; may fail if not licensed for Document Manager

A Document Publish may fail if not licensed for Document Manager and the Document is attempting to email multiple Clients or Applicants.

The error reported is "Failed to publish Account Log. Failed to publish Document Logs. Failed to publish non-batched Logs for Document '[DocumentId]'. One or more Document Logs indicated that they did not publish correctly. Failed to send Account Email PDFs for Document Recipient Items. Failed to add Word Document(s) to Document Manager. You are not licensed to use the Document Manager Add-On."
