Log Page; drag and drop fails if not licensed for the Document Manager Add-On

If not licensed for Document Manager, prior to finPOWER Connect version 4 you could still drag and drop files on to the Logs page. This would add a Log and link the Log to the file.

This now fails with "Cannot add file [FileName]. You are not licensed to use the Document Manager Add-On.".

This has been updated to now work as it previously did.

NOTE: The file is not moved to the Document Manager folder. We strongly recommend using the Document Manager to handle Documents.
