finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; All Roles Ranges not support exclusion ranges
The finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form allows Roles Ranges to be used in addition to, or as an alternative to, Permission Keys to restrict access to certain functionality.
Ranges can include the special "!" character to indicate a NOT, e.g., "!COL" indicates all Roles EXCEPT "COL".
These exclusion ranges were not being respected, making this a "breaking change".
The following Roles Ranges now respect exclusions:
- General, Multi-Factor, "Except Roles"
- Menus
- Homepages and Custom Pages
- Processes, Processes Page
- Reporting, Reporting Page
- Reporting, Options ('My List' tab restrictions)
- Reporting, Data Export
- Search, Search Page
- Tasks, Tasks Page (applies to old Tasks view and Task Manager 2)
- Tasks, Options (restrictions for User Logs tab, User Files tab and the 'My List' tab on the old Tasks view)
