InfoAgent; new option to automatically stop monitoring

A new option has been added for InfoAgent monitoring to automatically stop monitoring when an Account closes or the Item changes.

Normally you would use the Security, InfoAgent Monitoring wizard to bulk stop monitoring Motor Vehicles. However, this option has the advantage of occurring immediately, but the downside is it adds processing overhead.

The new option is found under Cost Centres, InfoAgent page, Options tab under "Security Monitoring Options".

Once this option is checked, the following changes mean the vehicle should stop being monitored:

• It has been made Defunct or updated to a Trade-In.
• The Security Register status has been changed to "Historic" and the Security Statement is saved.
• There are NO related Loans or Loans of related Clients that are Closed Pending or Open, i.e. the last related Account has been closed.
