Global Settings; Test Web Services Base URL

There is a new button on the Global Settings, Web, General page to test the Web Services Base URL.

The following checks are performed:

• Is the URL specified
• Does the URL being with "https://"
• Does the URL end with "/api"
• Is it a properly formed URL
• Can we navigate to the URL

This check has also been added to the System Information report located in the Help, Support, Support Information menu.
