Task Manager 2; "Filter Monitored Accounts" folders; Now allow filtering and grouping by Promotion
"Filter Monitored Accounts" folders in Task Manager 2 now allow a range filter for "Promotions". "AccountTypePromotionId" has also been added as an available field to Group By.
