finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; Controls on the "Tasks Pages" page would appear overlapped if not licenced for External Parties

The "Tasks, Tasks Pages" page of finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration would appear cluttered and controls overlapped if not licenced for the External Parties Addon.

This has been fixed, and now the layout of the controls is correct, regardless of licencing.
