Purge; Archive Log File Name cannot be changed in some circumstances

In the Purge wizard for Service Logs, the archive File Name cannot be amended under the following circumstance:

• "Purge Service Logs flagged as purgeable?" is checked
• "Purge Service Logs?" is NOT checked
• "Archive purged Service Logs to file?" is checked

The File Name cannot be amended, but should editable.
