Document Manager File Application Shortcuts; files not in the Document Manager folder fail to open

Where a file is not located in the Document Manager folder, using an Application Shortcut to open the file fails with the error "Failed to execute Application Shortcut 'DocumentManagerFile?itemType=[Type]&itemId=&itemPk=[Pk]&fileName=[FileName]&bookmark=&System.Mouse.X=803&System.Mouse.Y=748'.".

File names, e.g. in the Summary Page for a Log, will now work correctly where they include a full file name including a root folder.
