New Messaging Interface; TxtStream service enhanced to include Account information in "toname"

In the New Messaging Interface for SMS, the TxtStream service now includes "Account [AccountId];" at the start of "toname" for Account text messages.

"toname" is shown in the email sent by TxtStream if the person replies to the text message - and therefore helps identify the Account related to the message.

NOTE: The full email text, i.e. "toname" is "Account [AccountId]; [ClientName] (CLIENT [ClientId]) as [Role]" - and is limited to the first 50 characters.
