Account Applications; Adding a new Log allowed it to be linked to both an Applicant AND Collateral Item
Account Application Logs can be linked to either an Applicant OR a Collateral Item, but not both.
However, when adding a new Log, this check was bypassed so you could save a Log linked to both. Attempting to edit the Log would force the User to clear one or both of these links.
