RealAML Verify; Add Identification Item fails if Document Manager is not licenced

The Add Identification Item option in Cost Centre, RealAML page, Options tab did not save a new Identification Item when not licenced for the Document Manager Add-on.

Now, an Identification Item is correctly added if that option is checked.

NOTE: The ID document image will not be saved with the Identification Item since that requires Document Manager.
