NZ Government Credit Bureau; update information stored in Service Logs to track versioning

NZ Government Credit Enquiry service has been updated to bring internal version number handling up to date.

• appVersion to root node attributes
• The version of finPOWER Connect that created the Service Log
• ApiVersion to Request node
• The version of the API the request was built for

Additionally, the ProductId properties on the Response objects have been obsoleted. Use the ProductId property on the associated Request objects instead.

This version updates the following Requests:

• NZBNChangeEvent
• NZBNEntityDetailsV4
• NZBNEntitySearchV4
• NZCODisqualifiedDirectorSearch
• NZCOEntityRoleSearch
