Summary Pages; Script Template Icons did not display when casing of Icon Name varied

If a Script contains multiple references to a template icon, and those references are cased differently, e.g. "outcome_success", "Outcome_Success", and "OUTCOME_SUCCESS", then only those images where the icon name matches the first usage of that name will show on the page.
