Script Code Snippets; Enhancements when creating Snippets files and folders

The Script Code Snippets have new enhancements when creating Snippet files and folders.

When creating a new Snippet file, you are now prompted for a name. Omitting the name will mean the default of "NewSnippet" is used. The new Snippet File is automatically opened in the associated application for easier editing.

There is a new right-click context menu item "New Snippet (from Clipboard)". This is the same as "New Snippet" with the addition of using the clipboard contents as the content of the new Snippet file.

When creating a new folder, you are now prompted for a name. Omitting the name will mean the default of "NewFolder" is used.
