Centrix (NZ) Credit Bureau Biometric Verification; New option to add or update the Client Image
The Centrix (NZ) Credit Bureau Biometric Verification service can now automatically retrieve the Liveness video when a Verification completes and apply it to the Client Profile image.
Under Global Settings, Credit Bureau group, General page check "Automatically download Videos?".
The Liveness videos can be saved to the Client's Document Manager Folder, and be displayed in the "Files" page by checking "Save downloaded Videos?" under Cost Centres, Centrix (NZ) page, Options tab. This feature requires the Document Manager Add-On.
To add or update a Client's Image when a Centrix (NZ) Biometric Verification is completed:
This option is set via Cost Centres, Centrix (NZ) page, Options page.
- Add Client Image?
- If the Client does not already have an image/video it is saved
- Update Client Image?
- If the Client already has an image/video it is updated
Note; this feature also requires the Document Manager Add-On.
