Switching Users where the new User does not have a default folder persisted the previous User's selected folder in Task Manager 2.

For example, if User "Admin" is signed in to finPOWER Connect and viewing their Task Manager 2 "Recent Actions" folder and then switches to User "Fred" who does not have a default folder set in Task Manager 2, the Recent Actions for User "Admin" would still be showing.
