Task Manager 2; Switching Users and adding a new file crashes with an unhandled exception if the Logs page is then viewed

If you switch to a different User in Task Manager 2, view the Files tab and upload a new file then switching to the Logs tab would crash the system with an unhandled exception, "Index was outside the bounds of the array."
